Terms of Service

By using Entio, you agree to these terms. Entio provides an integration between Pipedrive and Brønnøysundregistrene (Brreg), Norway's official business registry.

Service Description

Entio enables you to search Norwegian company data from Brreg and sync it with your Pipedrive organizations. We act as a bridge between these services.

Plans, billing and cancellations

Entio offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. Details and current pricing are listed at /pricing. Plans are priced per Pipedrive company (account).

• Usage limits: We apply monthly enrichment caps by plan. An enrichment is an action that writes Brreg data into Pipedrive (create, enrich existing, or manual refresh).
• Billing: Pro is billed monthly.
• Cancel anytime: You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Access remains available until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If you believe you were charged in error or the service is not working as described, contact us at support@entio.app. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Entio only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Pipedrive's terms and Norwegian data regulations. You may not use automated scripts to abuse the service or exceed reasonable usage limits.

Third-party data

Company information is retrieved from Brreg. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. You are responsible for verifying company information before relying on it.

Disclaimer

Entio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

Entio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data inaccuracies or service interruptions.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Entio constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
