E Entio

Documentation

Entio connects your Pipedrive CRM with Brønnøysundregistrene (Brreg), Norway’s official business registry. Use Entio to search Norwegian companies and create or enrich organizations with official data.

Quick start

  1. Install Entio from the Pipedrive Marketplace
  2. Open the Entio panel in Pipedrive (modal search + organization sidebar)
  3. Search by company name or organization number (orgnr), preview the result, then Create or Enrich

Plans & usage limits

Entio pricing is per Pipedrive company (account). We count enrichments toward the monthly cap. Searches and result views do not count.

An enrichment is any action that writes Brreg data into Pipedrive, for example:

For details, see Pricing.

Features

Data safety: what we write to Pipedrive

Entio is designed to be safe and predictable. We only write data to Pipedrive when you explicitly click Create, Enrich, or Refresh.

By default, Entio stores Brreg information in dedicated custom fields (e.g. orgnr, NACE code, legal form, status, enriched_at) so it doesn’t unexpectedly overwrite your existing CRM data.

Why Entio needs these Pipedrive permissions

During installation, Pipedrive will ask you to approve certain scopes. We only request what’s needed to provide the app:

Reliability, caching & rate limits

To improve performance and reduce repeated external requests, Entio may temporarily cache Brreg responses. If Brreg (or Pipedrive) rate limits requests, Entio retries politely and shows friendly error messages.

Health check

Entio exposes a lightweight health endpoint at /up. It returns 200 OK when the application has booted successfully and can serve requests.

This endpoint is safe to use with uptime monitors and deployment checks (for example, Dokku deploy healthchecks).

What data do we store?

Entio is designed to minimize the data we store.
