Documentation
Entio connects your Pipedrive CRM with Brønnøysundregistrene (Brreg), Norway’s official business registry. Use Entio to search Norwegian companies and create or enrich organizations with official data.
Quick start
- Install Entio from the Pipedrive Marketplace
- Open the Entio panel in Pipedrive (modal search + organization sidebar)
- Search by company name or organization number (orgnr), preview the result, then Create or Enrich
Plans & usage limits
Entio pricing is per Pipedrive company (account). We count enrichments toward the monthly cap. Searches and result views do not count.
- Free: 50 enrichments / month
- Pro: €19 / month, 1,000 enrichments / month
An enrichment is any action that writes Brreg data into Pipedrive, for example:
- Creating an organization from a Brreg search result
- Enriching an existing organization with Brreg data
- Manually refreshing the Brreg snapshot in the sidebar
For details, see Pricing.
Features
- Search: Find Norwegian companies by name or orgnr
- Preview: Review official Brreg data before writing anything to your CRM
- Create: Create Pipedrive organizations with pre-filled company data
- Enrich: Update existing organizations with fresh Brreg data (available on Free and Pro; usage counts toward the cap)
- Sidebar snapshot: See Brreg details on an organization and refresh when needed
Data safety: what we write to Pipedrive
Entio is designed to be safe and predictable. We only write data to Pipedrive when you explicitly click Create, Enrich, or Refresh.
By default, Entio stores Brreg information in dedicated custom fields (e.g. orgnr, NACE code, legal form, status, enriched_at)
so it doesn’t unexpectedly overwrite your existing CRM data.
Why Entio needs these Pipedrive permissions
During installation, Pipedrive will ask you to approve certain scopes. We only request what’s needed to provide the app:
- organizations:read — read organization context for the sidebar panel
- organizations:write — create new organizations and write enrichment updates
- organizationFields:read — read existing custom fields
- organizationFields:write — create Entio custom fields (if missing) so we can store Brreg data cleanly
- users:read — identify the installing user for installation bookkeeping and support
Reliability, caching & rate limits
To improve performance and reduce repeated external requests, Entio may temporarily cache Brreg responses. If Brreg (or Pipedrive) rate limits requests, Entio retries politely and shows friendly error messages.
Health check
Entio exposes a lightweight health endpoint at /up. It returns 200 OK when the application has booted
successfully and can serve requests.
This endpoint is safe to use with uptime monitors and deployment checks (for example, Dokku deploy healthchecks).
What data do we store?
Entio is designed to minimize the data we store.
- Pipedrive installation data: We store the minimum required installation information (such as the Pipedrive company identifier and OAuth tokens) so the app can call the Pipedrive API on your behalf.
- App settings: Configuration you set inside Entio is stored to provide the requested functionality.
- Brreg lookups/cache: To improve performance, Entio may temporarily cache Brreg responses.
- No credential sharing: We never sell your Pipedrive data. We do not share OAuth tokens with third parties.
For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Troubleshooting
- App not loading: Refresh the page or reinstall from Pipedrive Marketplace
- Search returns no results: Verify the company name or orgnr is correct; some entities may not be in Brreg
- Authorization error: Your session may have expired — sign out and sign back in
- "Organization not found": Ensure you have an organization open when using the sidebar panel
